Here is a colorful handpainted T&V Limoges plate. Pattern is branches of flowers on pale blue and orange with heavy gilt trim.     

Mark in green "T&V" in a rectangle over "LIMOGES FRANCE DEPOSE".  T&V is for maker Tresseman & Vogt.  Per Mary Frank Gaston's excellent book, the COLLECTOR'S ENCYCLOPEDIA OF LIMOGES PORCELAIN, Revised Second Edition  on page 197, the green mark is 8 (stated as in use 1907-1919).

Plate is about 8-3/8" in diameter.

No chips, cracks or crazing, in excellent condition.
