This auction is for one skein (as pictured) of handspun super bulky wool yarn, spun from
hand-painted soft wool, dyed with washfast acid dyes. This is a soft wool, spun very thick and thin. This yarn is also great
for felting.
This yarn knits up very quickly on size 13 or larger needles, and 100 to 150 yards usually makes a generous scarf, depending on your
knitting style and needle size. Our yarns are not stretched (blocked) as they dry, so there is not any notable "pulling in" or
shrinking after the yarn is knitted (or crocheted, or woven, etc).
All of our yarns are unique, hand-made creations - We hand-blend our dye colors, and we do not use patterns or color ways. Our
yarns will never be duplicated, even by us.
