General

All items are stored Smoke Free and Pet Free. 

We describe the items listed as best we can.  We are not experts on all the items we well.  If you feel that we are misrepresenting an item, please contact us.  It is our sincere desire to conduct ourselves in our eBay business honorably.

Payments

We accept PayPal as per eBay's rules.  Please pay within 3 days of purchase.  If you expect a delay, please e-mail promptly.

International Shipments - IMPORTANT NOTICE

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these costs will be prior to bidding.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping carrier/freight company or when you pick up the item from your local postal center.  Do no confuse them with additional shipping charges.  Finally, we will not mark merchandise values below winning bid/purchase price, nor will we mark items as gifts.  The United States and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We ship items Priority Mail International.  There is a $10.00 handling fee for items shipped via First Class International.  This covers tracking, insurance and my time spent standing in line at the post office. 

Shipping & Handling

All items are shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment. We package your item with care.  However, since we cannot guarantee what happens en route, we encourage you to purchase insurance if it is not included in the shipping cost.  We are not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.  If your item has not arrived in a reasonable period of time, please contact the shipping carrier. We also encourage our customers to order multiple items because combined shipping saves money.  Generally, the base shipping cost of the heaviest item and then an additional $2-$3 more for each additional item, depending on the weight, size and destination. Our shipping costs include the actual cost to ship, package materials and insurance (unless optional).  We do not profit shipping charges. I cannot state it more plainly.  We do not overcharge on shipping.  In fact, I have  made a number of refunds to customers who overpaid. 

We keep tabs on the length-of-time-en-route for our items.  On average, both shipping carriers deliver the items well within their stated delivery time, except during the holiday season when you can count on delivery times doubling.

Refunds

It is our goal to have happy customers by providing you with quality products & great customer service. If there is an issue with an item you’ve purchased, please contact us.  We will do our best to make it right.  Please notify us within 3 days of delivery of your intent to return.  Refund provided is money-back, less original shipping charges.  The shipping carriers do not refund shipping costs often even for insured items, therefore we cannot refund the original shipping cost.  Customer must pay to ship the item back to us.

We leave feedback for our customers once checkout is complete.  This feedback will include the date and method of shipment.  We respectfully request that once your item has arrived that you leave feedback for us.  This way we know that you received your item in good order and that you are satisfied with it and our service.  (The post office is notorious for having inaccurate information regarding tracking.)  A 100% feedback score and 5-Star seller rating is extremely important to us.  If there is a problem, please contact us before leaving feedback.  Please give us the opportunity to work out a solution.
