Buyer pays all shipping and handling costs unless 'free shipping' is stated. Many of our items are shipped UPS.  There is a minimum charge from most suppliers that I have no control over.  I will always try to ship as economically as possible and will combine shipping on items bought same day (you must contact me before checking out so I can adjust your invoice).

Even prices on shipping through regular postal mail have gone up.  There are shipping costs incurred through packaging materials.  Larger, heavier, or oddly shaped packages cost more to ship.  Please keep this in mind when leaving feedback as sellers generally hate the higher shipping costs as much as the buyers because of the overall increased price of items - we usually WANT to sell our items at the best possible price because we want your business!. Final shipping costs may reflect additional packaging materials and handling fees...

Many sellers have stopped selling on eBay because of low dsr ratings (detailed seller ratings - star rating box) even though they continuously receive high feedback ratings!  So I ask all my buyers if they have a problem PLEASE contact me before leaving feedback or anything lower than a 5 in the dsr box.  It is very likely that I can correct the problem with you to your satisfaction if you give me a chance.
  When leaving feedback, please note: We are told DSRs (detailed seller ratings - star rating box) are anonymous, however for small sellers, there is nothing anonymous about DSRs. When receiving only a few feedbacks a day, it is quite easy to see who is giving good ratings and who is not. The system is confusing, if you leave a seller 4 stars, it is labeled with positive words like "accurate" "satisfied" reasonable" and "quickly", with a 5 star rating including "very" before these words.
  The problem is from eBay's formula, for sellers 4 Stars is terrible, we get lower placement in searches and higher fees. Three stars is set up to sound neutral, yet if a seller had an overall 3 star rating they would lose all selling privileges for their poor performance. So you can see that 3 and 4 stars are very negative ratings. The only rating that helps the sellers continue selling is a rating of 5. This is confusing for the seller who sees positive words from their clients, but is given low DSR ratings. As you can see, the only rating that helps sellers continue selling their items on eBay is a 5.

 When shipped UPS cost of insurance is included.  Other shipping methods  insurance is usually optional but recommended as I cannot/will not be responsible for lost or damaged items or shipments.

Used items will ALWAYS be described as used.
I purchase these items from all over.  I look for great buys in order to pass savings on to my buyers.  Some come from smoking households.  I smudge my shop nearly every night and burn incense every time I go into my shop during the day.  This often helps eliminates the cigarette smell BUT if you are very sensitive to the smell of cigarettes you may not wish to take advantage of the specials I offer on used items.
Many used items and books are sold as is with no returns or refunds, unless I somehow mis-represented an item.
