FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
(seriously we get these questions a LOT!!!)
1) AUTHENTICITY:
Ok, call me a label snob, but I can not handle fakes. I have been on ebay for 8 years selling designer, high end product and I do not tolerate knock offs well. All of my items are guaranteed to be 100 percent authentic or 300 percent times your money back.
I do have my favorites - (my son's first words were L.A.M.B., Starbucks, and NO.) He also checks price tags while shopping so he understands a good value.
Where does my product come from? Well if I told you that, you would either be buying it to sell on ebay too, or buying it from them. Honestly my product comes from 8 years of hard earned connections.
2) DO MY ITEMS COME FROM A SMOKE FREE - PET FREE HOME?
Unless dinner is burned the house is smoke free.
We do have a Yorkshire Terrier named Tetley. His knees are so bad he wont go up the stairs to the ebay room, so No its not pet free, but Yorkies dont shed and he is not near the product.
3) RETURNS:
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. That is why we offer returns within 7 days - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. The only exception is with SWIMWEAR! Please understand that for Hygienic reasons with swimwear all sales are final. Here's what you do.
1. Within 3 days of receipt of item you need to email me for a Return Authorization Number. As we can't put our email address in the listing description please use ebays contact member form. Please include in your email the item number and a link to the item you purchased is gold sticker material :)
2. Please let us know if the item is defective, or simply didn't work out. (ok i guess we do ask questions - but we just don't want to resell a broken item)
3. Return the item within 2 business days after you receive your new RA number - send it back however you like - return shipping is your responsibility unless we messed up. YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR RA NUMBER OR PAPERWORK OR YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
4) SHIPPING:
Please see the shipping area - However two things...
1) We send out tracking numbers on the day your item ships. Give us time to get it to you before you ask for it. That way we have more time to ship packages! So if you pay for your item on Friday ... you should have a tracking number Monday. If you pay on Monday you should have your tracking number Tuesday.
A word on international orders - We can not control customs. Please realize that a lot of eBay sellers don't even offer international because of the risk involved as well as the blame that gets put on us for delays. Customs can delay a package 3-4 weeks. My experience has been that UPS is much more reliable and faster so if time is of the essence spend the extra money
5) CAN I SEE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS / CAN YOU MEASURE THE BUST?
I hate this question. I do try and provide actual photos when I can but if something is brand new, with all the protective wrap still attatched, those stock photos are WAY better than mine anywise. Ok, well if that doesn't work you can email me and beg me to take extras photos. I will probably not be able to accomodate so dont hold it against me. We are running 2 stores, an ebay store and an e-commerce site and can not afford to sell at such great prices if we spend more money on labor :)
6) A NOTE ON FEEDBACK... So seriously you cant please them all - I think some buyers LOVE leaving negative feedback - however some tips to avoid you getting angry and me getting frustrated ....
A. CALL ME !!!! My numbers in here like 6 times, Im really nice, and most people get off the phone happy or estatic if I give them free shipping or a discount. Leave a message if I dont answer - Im pretty popular - but I will call you back.
B. Realize that SOOO many times, I respond to people through ebay and they dont get the message. I dont know why - a lot of time it goes in a spam filter, do understand that I dont want you to be upset, I want you to be happy - and come back to spend more money with me. I will make whatever I did wrong, right (suggestions are appreciated!)
C. Realize that I am not sitting at my computer waiting for your email, but I am on my computer a lot. If I'm home on the weekend I will respond, but if I'm camping you will probably have to wait until Monday for an email back.
D. NON-Paying Bidders. Ok here is your warning. After much debate and years of watching 24 ...we decided that the only way we can survive is to a non-negation policy regarding non paying bidders. We are truly sorry for any sudden deaths in the family, broken down cars, hacked eBay accounts, little 8 year old brothers that bid on your account, accidental size bids etc. We will file a non paying bidder strike after 7 days and after 14 we will close the strike. We don't mean to sound cruel or cold its just a policy that eBay has in place and that we believe in.
