Return Policy

Harley-Davidson of Nassau County reserves the right to limit returns.

All missing or damaged items must be reported to Harley-Davidson of Nassau County within 24 hours of receiving them.

Refunds or exchanges will only be given on items that have a manufacturers defect. 

No refunds or exchanges will be given on items damaged by the shipping carrier.  It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

Any return shipment costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All shipping costs are calculated and shipped by UPS Ground.   Average delivery time for UPS Ground is 3-7 days excluding weekends and Holidays.

An actual street address is required.  No PO Boxes PLEASE.

To avoid shipping costs you may pick up your purchase at our New York showroom!  Please call to set up a pick up time and include a note with payment.

Any order shipped to an address in New York State must apply an 8.625% sales tax to the order.

Payment must be received within 7 days of end of auction.  Any payment not received within this time period, will result in a non-paying bidder strike against your account and negative feedback.
