Please note: Some of the items I sell are used unless otherwise specified.  My policy is to offer only high quality items for sale but I cannot guarantee perfection. You must expect an acceptable degree of evidence indicating age and/or normal day-to-day use. I will tell you all I can regarding the items age, origin and condition.

Also some of the items (for example: clothing) are items I bought myself.  Some of the time the original tag is still attached or if used, they are in good condition, unless otherwise noted.

SHIPPING POLICY

I ship via USPS (unless otherwise noted). Insurance is optional for most auctions (unless otherwise noted) but recommended because I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once I take them to the post office. 

I usually ship within 1-3 business days from the day that I receive payment for the item won.

I only ship to residents of the United States.  

No International Bidders or APO addresses please! This is strictly enforced.

PACKING FEE

Included in calculated shipping charges is a packing fee to help defray the costs of packing materials and gas. 

My packing fee may/will increase with multiple purchases due to extra packing materials that I may have to use.

PAYMENT POLICY

I only accept PayPal.

Payment is to be made within five (5) days of auction's end. No exceptions! No feedback will be left for all late payments!

I must enforce this policy because I have seen a lot of bidders who pay late or not at all. 

QUESTIONS

If you have a question concerning an item that I am selling, I will usually respond within 24 hours of receiving the email. 

If something comes up on my end, I will try to respond within 48 hours of receiving the email at the latest.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the transaction, PLEASE email me so that I may work with you to remedy the situation.

I will respond to your email within 24 to 48 hours of receiving it. NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IS NOT THE ANSWER!
