  SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Ship through UPS – occasionally USPS or Postal Service upon request BUT… again… this is to my discretion and you need to contact me BEFORE you bid on the item. Also, UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Shipments to Canada charges additional fees at border(border fees) - We are not in charge of this and have no say in it
• UPS ships Monday through Friday and does not ship over the weekend.
• I will ship your item within 1-2 business days of your payment being made with the exception of my own family or personal emergencies. If this is the unfortunate case, I will keep open communication with you about the status of your package and if my co-workers are able to help in the case of my absence.
• A tracking number will be emailed or messaged to you once I have packaged your purchase.
• I do offer combined shipping!! Please have patience and be friendly in reminding me to combine shipping. In the case of combined shipping, do not pay for any of your items until I have manually combined the shipping charges after you have let me know your auctions are all ended.
• If you would like your package shipped to another address, please message me prior to bidding on your item(s).

PAYMENT INFORMATION & OPTIONS

• We accept Paypal, MasterCard, and Visa. All other payments contact me prior to you bidding on the item.
• Absolutely no personal checks, please.  
• 7% tax applies to buyers from Iowa. Sales tax is exempt to out of state buyers(so anyone out of the state of Iowa is tax exempt).
• If you cannot make a payment within the immediate 2-3 days of winning the auction, please let me know. After 10 days I will claim for a “non-paid” item.
• If your address is not confirmed through Paypal, please contact me prior to you bidding on my item. Otherwise, I have the right to not ship to an address that is not confirmed.

I am currently a full-time student so I am only here Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and some Saturdays for a few hours.  Just leave me a message if I am not in or message me over eBay. Also note that if I receive your payment Monday (for example) you item will not get shipped until I get in on Tuesday.
