This is a 1998 Hart 8 horse slant load trailer that is in very good condition. It has been used, but well maintained and kept up and serviced by Zanetti trailers. I had two new heavy duty axIes put on it when I bought it. The new electric wiring and complete new brakes were done as well at the same time. It pulls easy and straight with a one ton Dodge dually. It has two good spare tires. The wheels are the heavy duty steel trailer type. There is one new tire and their size is 10-17.5, load range H, 16 ply. It has a front tack/sleeping/changing compartment with storage compartments, four saddle racks, blanket racks and two rows of bridle hooks (18 on each row) on the wall. The compartment also has clothes hanging rails and a hat shelf above them. The front nose measures 7 feet deep and 6.5 feet wide at the step/storage box. The short wall is 3 feet 8 inches long and the long wall is 8 feet long.The inside horse dividers are very strong, yet light, and easy to handle and move or manuever. The slant compartments are 8 feet long from nose to tail and 36 inches wide on the walls. The trailer is very roomy and wide, with the individual horse compartments safe and comfortable, even for big horses. The last stall/compartment is 3 ft. 4 inches x 7 feet, plenty big enough for hay and feed or a mare and foal. The dividers can also be removed to accomodate mares and babies or be set up for weanlings or other horses to be hauled loose. There are many possible ways to haul your horses, large or small. It has drop down windows on the drivers side with strong and safe drop bars. The usual sliding windows on the passenger side. The heavy duty hay rack on top is 5 feet x 5 feet. Keep in mind this is a used trailer and has the usual dents and dings that they all get when you use them. It is not perfect, but is strong and safe for any hauling needs you may have. Chris Cox, the horse clinitian and trainer, borrowed it recently to haul some clients horses out to California, and his driver loved it! This trailer is 33.5 ft. long and 7 ft wide.I checked with the local Hart Trailer Dealer and this trailer brand new would retail for around $60,000.00. Any questions, just ask.
