Written by Ruth Conrad Bateman in 1965, this 34 page cookbook (Volume 1 of a set) features wonderful French Specialties such as Crab Crepes Bengal, Mousse au Chocolat, Chicken Marengo, Cassoulet and Salade Nicoise. Also included are some ads - Fleischmann’s Margarine, Contadina Tomato Sauce, Cremora, and Trend Dishwashing Liquid (still only 49 cents!).
