If 7 days has passed and we have not recieved payment, we will take action. We try to describe our items as accurately as possible, but we are human and make mistakes. We usually ship the next business day after an auction ends. In case of a return, shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and buyer is responsible for any shipping charges for returns. We automatically insure any item that is over 20 dollars in purchase price. If you wish to purchase insurance for any item under this price, just ask and we will insure the item for you.
