In great working condition. This card is compatible with all versions of Windows Media Center. It also has great support among other 3rd party TV tuning software. It is great for tuning analog TV channels, such as those still offered by many cable companies. It also has inputs (Composite Red, White, and Yellow/S-Video) for connecting to a cable/satellite tuner or even to a VCR (in which case, you could use it to convert your old collection of VHS to DVD).
