I am a private timeshare owner offering for sale a one week stay at a One Bedroom Unit with a confirmed reservation for 2-9 August 2008 at the Maui Banyan Vacation Club. Vacation week dates could be changed - Subject to agreement between me, buyer and timeshare management before a sale.

Maui Banyan Vacation Club is located in South Maui, in the heart of town Kihei, 3 minutes walk from Kamaole Beach Park II, a beach  with white sand. This beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. The beach has incredible views of the islands of Lanai, Molokai and Kahoolawe as well as beautiful West Maui mountains. Kamaole Beach Park I and III and other beaches are a short walk away. Kihei shops, cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Resort: Maui Banyan Vacation Club is timeshare resort (former Aston at the Maui Banyan). Resort is awarded by 5-star award by Interval International.

Suite: 725-square-foot suite has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fan in bedroom and air conditioning in living room. The suite has a queen bed in a bedroom and queen sofa bed in living room. All timeshare units were recently renovated and furnished with Polynesian-style furnishings. Photos were taken before renovation.

Beach:  Kamaole II is one of the three Kamaole Beach Parks along South Kihei Road in Kihei. Truly beautiful and incredibly convenient, they are separated from one another by rocky outcroppings, some of which have condos or other buildings built on them. All three Kamaole Beaches are great for swimming. They offer fabulous sand, nice slope, expansive grassy fields, plenty of parking, bathrooms, showers, picnic tables and safe, warm, clean water with lifeguards watching over you and your family. Those beaches are never over-crowded. (Compare to many Maui beaches which are not good for swimming  due to high slope, too many corals, high wave, etc. Most advertisements are silent about it).

Kihei town: A peaceful community arrayed along the ocean, provides shopping, dining, and nightlife opportunities for guests of this resort. A mile from the resort is a shopping center with a 24-hour supermarket.

Activities: Swimming / Golfing /Snorkeling / Boating /Surfing / Tennis / Horse riding / Jet skiing / Volleyball /Rafting / Hiking/biking trails / Kayaking / Sailing / Helicopter rides.

Schedule: Check-in time is 11:00 am. Check-out time is 5:00 pm.

Note: This Resort will require a credit card at check-in for security deposit and/or incidentals.  Seller is not responsible for fees charged by the resort for incidentals or 0ccupancy tax (state of Hawaii). Buyer should be at least 21 year old.

Payment and delivery: Payments are to be made via PayPal or Money Order. When I receive payment and your address, I will notify the resort to change the reservation from my name to yours.
