Payment
- SHIPPING DISCOUNTS ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES
- If I send you an invoice before you have finished shopping, just let me know when you're ready and I'll send a corrected invoice with combined shipping.
- PLEASE ask me for an invoice WHEN YOU MAKE MULTIPLE PURCHASES. If I send you ONE COMBINED INVOICE, you don't send me more for shipping than I need, AND I only have to pay ONE paypal fee for ALL your purchases. THANKS!
Shipping
- I have a reputation for packing my boxes well--and for fast shipping--I usually mail the same day I receive (cleared) payment, if I have the payment early enough in the day; if not, then the following business day.
- I combine shipping on international AND domestic shipments, which results in a DISCOUNTED SHIPPING fee for you (actual postage with only one handling fee for the whole package).
- PLEASE NOTE: Several dollhouse miniatures may fit in one package for the same postage that one mini would require. I would much rather charge ONE shipping fee for several items I mail at one time (combined shipping) than several separate shipping fees! (2 wigs can go for 1 ounce; 2-3 pieces of clothing can go for 1 ounce.)
- I would rather you took a few days to make your decisions, so you can pay less for shipping.
- I feel bad when I mail an item one day to a buyer and within hours or days sell another item to the same buyer, and have to charge 2 separate shipping fees.
- SO LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT ME TO HOLD YOUR PURCHASE(S) FOR A WEEK OR 10 DAYS WHILE YOU THINK ABOUT WHETHER TO BUY ANY OTHER ITEMS FROM GEMJANE'S--with no obligation to buy more.
- Shipping OPTIONS for the U. S.: First Class Mail (when feasible) (estimated 2-5 days) OR Priority Mail (if item is too heavy, or if buyer requests) (estimated 2-3 days).
- I use delivery confirmation, which lets me to know it has arrived safely.
- All of my products are in my possession in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. I do my own shipping. I ship every business day, and on Saturdays. Shipping within one business day of receipt of (cleared) payment. Same day if payment arrives early enough in the day.
- For the shipping amount, there's no guesswork. I use USPS first class (priority if necessary). Combined shipping with actual postage plus one handling charge of $1.18 for the entire order if one payment is submitted for all.
- I do not add any S/H to the purchase price and I don't raise my prices to make up for discounts.
- I ship internationally. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees. If I need to declare the value, I state the value truthfully.
- NOTE ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -- Please contact me for the First Class Mail International rate to your country--let me know what country. I know--paying customs is a pain--I have to pay customs too!
- I strive to have a fair shipping fee; keep in mind that time and materials are involved and they do add a cost; I recycle clean reusable materials when possible.
- I refund shipping overage, but I prefer to send an invoice for multiple purchases so that paypal fees are lower--every penny counts!
- If you make only one Paypal payment for all your purchases it costs me less; if you pay individually for each purchase I have to pay a higher fee to receive the money.
Terms of Sale
- Return policy: I will accept returns, within 10 (TEN) days of close of transaction, with approval. Returns are based on buyer contact. Please contact me so we can discuss means to an amicable solution.
