You are bidding on a genuine Helmstetter RH-12 pool cue. As the photos show, it has a black, irish linen wrap with mother of pearl and ivory(immitation?) inlays. The joint is stainless steel and the shaft is Canadian Maple and measures 13mm. It weighs 18.5 ounces.
I bought this cue a few days ago from a display case in a bar that went out of business. It was claimed to be new, but it appears to me that it may have been used or at least tried out a few times. The tip seems new, but it has been shaped and chalked.
The stick is perfectly straight and free from any nicks, dings or scratches. Please do not confuse the reflections in the photos as scratches. (I'm better with a pool stick than a camera!)
I shot a few balls with it and it hits incredibly solid. The tip seems to be a medium hardness. I thought about keeping it, but the money is more needed in my gas tank.
The inlays on this cue are beautiful, as the pictures show. I have included many pictures to show the detailing of this cue, but if there is something you would like to see, email me and I would be happy to send you a picture.
As I said, I bought this cue from a case along with some others that I may list in the future. As I got a deal, I can afford to start the listing at only $225, less than half of what this cue sells for. Just because the price is low, do not assume there is something wrong. There isn't. If you search the RH-12, you will see that everybody sells them for $512.00, some including shipping.
I also will throw in free standard ground shipping to any winning bid over $350, should this reach that amount. If this happens, wait a few minutes for me to invoice you and I will adjust the shipping.
Please trust me when I tell you that this is a beautiful cue and the winning bidder will be very happy with their purchase. I am not trying to sell a used cue and pass it off as new. Feel free to read my feedback and realize that I am an honest seller. I just had an opportunity to make a few bucks so I bought some cues.
Again, feel free to email me any questions you may have and I will try to get you an answer as soon as I can.
Thank you for viewing and good luck in your bidding. This is your chance to own a genuine top-of-the-line Helmstetter cue at a fraction of the going rate.
Good luck!
