Chef Jim currently hosts two nationally televised health cooking shows on The Health Network and has been featured on numerous network television shows. He is also a prolific author and has published columns and features in dozens of today's leading food, fitness, and lifestyle magazine publications.
The goal of this DVD is to make you more precise, skillful and confident while using the finest knives in the world.
