All packages are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation except for Watkins. Watkins products are shipped by UPS. Please note that UPS requires a street address for deliveries, no P.O. Boxes. Shipping times vary and exclude holidays and weekends. I ship Monday thru Friday and occasionally on Saturdays. I will gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is also available.
