Monumental Coins & Records

 

Very difficult to get a good shot of the front.  Much nicer than appears.

Designers were Henri Alfred Auguste Dubois (1859-1943) and Alfred Borrel (1836-1927).

Marked BRONZE on edge.  Appears to be silver plated.
