Merchandise returns: you must contact us within 15 days receipt, and the item must be in its original, unused condition. (with all tags still attached).  Merchandise credits (no restocking fee, excluding shipping) or cash refunds (less a 15% restocking fee, excluding shipping) will be issued for all returns. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) plus confirmation number is required for any return. Please request for a RMA # via email.
