    2.) Manufacture/Distributor Shipments: Items we do not stock are shipped directly from our manufacturers or distributors.  In some cases these items may take 7-15 days before they arrive.

    Returns/Exchanges

     

    All exchanges/returns must be pre-approved by our Returns Department and you must obtain a return authorization number and return instructions before shipping items back. Please do not return any product to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#), as different products must be returned to different locations.  You can request a return authorization via email to: laimagewear@yahoo.com  within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Authorized returns are for a refund or store credit. All store credits are valid for one year. Shipping charges will be at the buyers expense both ways.

    Unopened items: Unopened merchandise that can be returned to the manufacturer may be returned for a full refund less all shipping cost. This means that the merchandise must be in a factory sealed box with the seal unbroken. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. All returns are subject to inspection before refund is given. On some products, an additional restocking fee will apply.

    Opened items : Opened merchandise may be returned for a store credit less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the store credit.
