Hilton Grand Vacations Timeshare

This timeshare is with Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV).  HGV has been in operation for 85 years and has found EXACTLY what people want when they vacation.  The peacefulness and serenity of their locations along with all the amenities will make it hard to decide whether to tour the area or just stay at the resort!

HGV works on a Points System that allows YOU to choose when, how long, what to do with YOUR vacation.  No more being stuck into only 1 week of the year....every year....forever.  HGV has so much flexibility that selling this timeshare was a very difficult decision for me.  You can travel around the World and stay in their partner hotels like the Fiesta Americana Hotels in Mexico and South America (or others world-wide) while still expecting to receive the same standard of hospitality and quality that you've come to expect with Hilton.  You are not stuck with staying in a resort hotel each time you vacation either...you can take a cruise, travel by RV or motorcycle, or even stay on a Houseboat.  The amenities that are offered with a HGV timeshare are tremendous.  At this particular resort there is a movie in a theater setting every night for no additional charge.  The swimming pools are absolutely amazing! 

I've used my points in the past and opted to stay at the resort they have within walking distance to Sea World!  I've stayed in Las Vegas.  I've stayed in Amsterdam.  I've stayed in Australia.  I've stayed in Thailand.  I have never been disappointed in any of the resorts.  I've also "sold" my time to friends and family to vacation when I knew I wasn't going to be using my time.  The RAVE reviews I've received each and every time made me proud that I could offer such an outstanding opportunity the these folks.  One of the additionally nice things about ownership with Hilton is the possibility of leaving your timeshare to your heirs.  They will have a vacation nearly paid off before they even begin!

This timeshare is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, "Red" week vacation.  It has a FULL kitchen and an efficiency kitchen.  You can break up these rooms using your points for more or less space, more or less opportunity to travel on your points.  This timeshare is also a Bi-annual one-week vacation.  Meaning, you can use your time every-other year.  However, with the HGV banking system, you can PUSH your points to the next year if you don't think you'll vacation this year AND PULL your points from your next year to give you a BUNCH of points and additional opportunities on the middle year.  This timeshare is for even-numbered years.  If you don't think you'll vacation in 2010, you can PUSH your points to 2011.  THEN, PULL your points from 2012 back into 2011 and look at traveling abroad, staying 2 weeks instead of 1, taking 2 trips in 2011, or getting 2 suites and have a family reunion.  What better place to have a family reunion than in at a RESORT???

I've questioned HGV regarding the price of this timeshare if someone was to go out and purchase it directly from them.  I've also talked to resale companies and gotten their input on the price I should charge for this timeshare.  I've received quotes from $20,000 - $35,000 over the past 6 months.  I'm offering this timeshare at 50% off the lowest price quote I received.  I'm asking $10,000 for this timeshare because I know the economy isn't quite what it used to be.  I am not going to be able to use this timeshare anymore and would be pleased if someone else can and will.  So I am trying to make it affordable.
