Only 200 yards from the pool and the beach. This one bedroom partial ocean view unit is completely updated.  This one bedroom unit is freshly updated inside and so is the equipment that you will be using. Compare pictures before you rent and you will see the difference is in the details. Other ads don't show you pictures of the inside of the units, this is not because they are as nice as ours, it is because remodel means carpet cleaning and a new TV to some.

This one bedroom villa is easily accessible to all, located near the stairs and parking. This quiet corner unit is smoke and pet free. It is the 4th unit back from ocean front in the "B" building at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis complex is convenient to all island activities. Don't be fooled by pictures of the ocean and the beach at other resorts. Many of those pictures are from places other than where you will stay. I took these pictures myself. Folley Beach is amazing and you don't have to cross the street to get to it like Fidler's Cove. Folley is the widest stretch of beach on the island. The complex also features an incredible newly renovated Olympic-size pool and children's pool, 24/7 security, and security entrance. Laundry facilities and supervised children's activities are available along with ten free tennis courts onsite. There is also convenience store, restaurant, and outdoor bar/grill on the property but you may not want to spend any money dining out since this unit is fully-equipped including linens, towels, and cooking equipment. Just bring your beach towels and you will have all you need.

Activities Near By: Biking, Golf, Lighted Tennis Courts, Fishing, Restaurants, Swimming, Boating, Surfing, Miniature Golf & an Arcade are just a short walk or bike ride away. Incredible Bike Paths start just outside the complex & there are too many Golf Courses nearby to name.
