• A credit card imprint is required upon check-in.

• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in at the resort.

• For your comfort and safety, occupancy limits and check-in/check-out times are strictly enforced.

• Any local or Florida State taxes will be collected by Hilton, and charged to the buyer's credit card upon check-out.

• Some amenities and services may require an additional charge.

• Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.

 

A valid credit card will be required at check-in to cover any amenities or purchases that you will use during your stay. 

 

The reservation will be transferred into your name within 48 - 72 hours of payment via PayPal.  Once the reservation has been transferred it will be e-mailed to you at your e-bay listed e-mail address.  To have the reservation transferred into your name you will need to provide your full legal name that appears on your driver’s license or state ID as that will need to be provided at check-in.  I will also need your home address and phone number as it will also be needed to be added to the reservation.
