Wedding dresses are fitted garments. So wedding dress alternation is common and might be needed. All our gowns allow one size up or down for your peace of mind. You can alter it locally when you receive it.
Bridal sizes do not correspond to your regular dress size and there are many different size charts too. So please do NOT buy by your normal dress size.
When you do the measurement, please make sure you wear the same or similar intimate apparel and shoes you are planning to wear on your wedding day.

returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The return items
must be in the original condition, unworn or altered, and must be returned with
all original tags and documents if any. If the product has been chipped,
scratched, or damaged, we won’t accept the return items.

How long does it take to receive the dress?
If you are urgent for your dresses, please confirm your order details early to us, tell us the deadline which you need get your dress at latest. we will try our best to catch your important day.
Dress making time is different depend on the dresses style. After your payment is clear and we get your confirmation for all the details of your dress. then we start to make your dress.
- Dresses making time: 45-65 working days (Wedding dresses in best quality)
- Dresses making time: 35-45 working days (Wedding dresses in stand high quality)
- Dresses making time: 15-25 working days (Bridesmaid dresses, Mother of bride dresses)
- Dresses making time: 12-15 working days (Flower girl dresses)
