This is a wondeful timeshare. It is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom lockout red week timeshare. That equals out to 2 weeks of a 2 bedroom timeshare if you want to do it that way. This week in Williamsburg is great because you are ahead of the Christmas crowds and still have the beautiful Williamsburg decorated in all it Christmas wonder. Virginia Beach is also only an hour away. The unit has a large jacuzzi tub. It is in a great location in Williamsburg. There is a historic building right on the property. They have racquet ball courts and an indoor swimming pool. There is a putt putt course on the property and tennis courts. If you have any questions than please do not hesitate to email me. Closing for this timeshare will be done through Timeshare Title, Inc. They are really easy to work with and have a great price. The cost (which is paid by the buyer) is $325 plus any resort fees (which I think is $50). I will sell this for a dollar. I am selling this for a friend but all there paperwork is in order. They are only the 2nd owners. It was gifted to them and they really cannot use and don't want timeshare. I owned at Powhatan and my family loves it. Please email if you have a question.
