The photographs are stunning and the text is priceless for a history of the region.

Condition

These volumes rate Good Condition Hardback. Their original green cover boards are unfaded showing only color rubbing around the edges and corners. In both volumes the pages are tight and intact.

The interior pages are surprisingly crisp and clear free of the usual age tanning you find in old volumes such as these.

Volume III's cover board does show some moisture along the bottom and perhaps some light mildewing but no odor is present and the pages seem to have missed this entirely by being as nice as the other volume's.

No jackets exist and we doubt they were ever issued originally.
