An Early Lunkenheimer Brass Steam Engine Oiler in good original condition. This small brass oiler is stamped, "BANNER LUNKENHEIMER CO CINN O". It is stamped on the bottom, "No. 1". This is probably the smallest size. These pieces were used in conjunction with the hit & miss engines and steam locomotives. This one has 2 pressure feed knobs, both marked lunkenheimer. The 2 glass sight tubes are in good condition. This one measures 8" in length. The outside diameter of the threads measures 5/8". An interesting early piece to tinker with and add to the collection!
