Previously, Hitachi managed the reconditioning program for power tools in-house. The decision was made to outsource the program in order to better service customers and maintain the best program possible. Reconditioned Sales, Inc was selected as the exclusive provider based on its extensive industry experience with tool repair and distribution of power tools.
Reconditioned Sales sells reconditioned tools from Hitachi directly to the end user as well as to a dealer network. All reconditioning is done in-house by trained experts. All reconditioned tools are backed by a one year warranty from Hitachi Power Tools. The warranty will be honored by Reconditioned Sales Inc., and by any Hitachi Authorized Service Center in the United States.
