IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!

I do my best and spend a lot of time making sure everything I sell is honestly described photographed and represented.
In almost all cases I will test an item if it looks less than brand new.  Many of my items though new may not qualify for the manufactures warranty because of there age and/or because I am not an actual dealer.  In my experience registering for the warranty is easy and does not require specific seller info, but this is on a individual manufacturer basis and not a guarantee.
All items are Guaranteed Against DOA unless otherwise stated in the description.  

• Shipping: Unless otherwise stated I like to do flat rate shipping to the continental US to save you and me time.  Larger     items will likely be actual shipping.

• Insurance: I have had some bad luck with damaged items so shipping insurance is highly recommended for the amount of the purchase price.  I will pack all items with a reasonable amount care but in the case of lost or damaged items during shipping, all claims must be made by you.  Shipping companies require the receiver to show proof of damage and insist the item is not shipped back to me.  I will provide all support required in the event you need to make a claim.

• International Shipping: YOU MUST ASK if you need shipping outside the U.S.

• Payment:  I accept and prefer PAYPAL. Please pay within two days.  Contact with me over special situations will be considered and appreciated. I will also accept Money orders.

• Returns: I will only accept returns if an item is DOA unless sold "AS IS".  A Refund for the high bid price will be issued only when the item is returned to me.  If an item tests good before it leaves me and the malfunction is due to possible shipping damage I may insist on an insurance claim made to the shipping provider!

• Mistakes:  I am human, if I ever make a mistake in the description of an item, I will always take responsibility and offer refunds or discounts based on the specific issue and case.  Please take into consideration the RISK you take in buying on eBay and that most shipping charges are your responsibility even if you end up sending an item back to me.

I am a pretty easy going guy when it comes to working with you.  I am not a power seller with 100's of items on the block.   I work this from home and off time with limited time to respond immediately to questions.  So if you have a last hour question you may not get a reply before the item ends.  If you bid on an item I would expect payment within at least two days of the items end.  If you have any issues, real or imagined, a quick contact to me explaining your delay is often all I need to not freak out and report you as a non paying bidder. Please take time to consider my items knowing I have researched them and their current reasonable value.  Thanks for looking!
