PAYMENT AND

Pay Pal is the only method of payment that we accept at this
time. Payment is expected within 5 days for auction items, same day for fixed
price items from our store, and immediately for Buy It Now items. Please don’t
commit to buying an item if you can’t pay.Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about an item before
committing to purchasing it. There may be an occasion when the item is out of
stock. In the event that happens, the customer is notified and told when the
item is expected to be in stock. If the customer chooses not to wait, the money
will be refunded. Please understand that with very popular items this may
occur, especially during the holidays. We try our best to plan ahead and have
more items in stock but this can happen.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship to the Continental United States only. Not Alaska
or Hawaii or any United
States territories. We don’t ship to
P.O.Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses. The address must be a CONFIRMED address. The
exception to this policy are clothing items and dolls. Those items are shipped
from our central location. The same exception applies to combine shipping. We
can combine shipping only on clothing items and dolls as those items are
shipped from our central location. Our other items are shipped from a number of
suppliers and warehouses that we work with and we can’t choose which supplier
or warehouse will ship your item. We don’t ship on Saturday, Sunday, or
holidays. The items that are shipped from our central location, clothing items
and dolls, will only be shipped out of the country using Priority Mail
International. Items that are shipped by First Class International can’t be
tracked once it leaves this country. The majority of the items that are shipped
from our central location are shipped by Priority Mail and some by First Class
Mail. The items that are shipped from our central location are shipped within 3
business days of a cleared payment, with delivery in the next 3-5 days. The
heavier items that the customer chooses to have shipped by Parcel Post, could
take about 14 days or possibly longer for delivery. The items that are shipped
from our warehouses and suppliers are delivered in about 7-14 days after the
payment clears. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather
conditions. Again, if an item arrives broken or not as described, please
contact us and not leave negative feedback. The items that are shipped from our
warehouses and suppliers are not seen by us prior to shipment. It is important
that we are told if there are any problems, so we can make it right. We strive
to deliver five star customer service.
RETURN POLICIES We offer a seven day money back policy on our items that
come from our central location, the clothing items and dolls. The items must be
returned to us within seven days of arrival. The buyer is responsible for
paying the return shipping charges. For our other items, the return policy
varies depending on the item. To return an item from our warehouses or suppliers,
the customer must first obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please
contact us about this before returning an item. Some of our items have a 15%
restocking fee if the package is opened or not factory sealed. There would
never be a restocking fee charged for items that arrived damaged or are
defective. Please check the shipping and return information for each item in
the listing.
