  LISTING DISCLAIMER

• All Items are Sold "AS IS" NO Warranty
• We have a showroom and warehouse in FL. Our items are for sale there as well. If an item sales out of the showroom, we will end the auction immediately.
• All sales are final, NO Refunds or Exchanges, unless otherwise stated in the item listing. 
• We try to list the item correctly, if you have questions or have discovered a mistake in our listing,
  please contact us before the auction ends. 
   

  PAYMENT

• We will email you a payment invoice for the full amount owed.
• Please do not pay us until you have received our invoice.
• Payment is to be made within 5 days from End of Auction, or item will be re-listed,
  Non-Payment Alert and negative Feedback will be given.
• Florida residents pay local sales tax (7%).
• We accept all major Credit Cards, Money Order and Checks.
• PayPal is always accepted and is highly recommended.
• PayPal accounts with Confirmed Address ONLY.
• Paying by check item will be held until check clears (7 to 10 business days).
• We can accept credit card payment via PayPal. We will only ship to the address that the credit card is billed to.
   

  SHIPPING & HANDLING

• Buyer to pay actual shipping and handling costs directly to shipping company.
• We ship via UPS, DHL, and USPS Priority. (Items less than 75lbs). 
• Please let us know if your shipping address is either Residential or Business.
• Item(s) over 75lbs will need to be shipped via Freight Truck. We have extensive relationships with carriers and will handle all organization of the shipping only. Payment will have to be made directly to shipping company, unless otherwise noted by seller.
• Additional crating and palletizing fees will be applied to all items.
  "Fee will vary depending on size and weight of item"
• We are NOT responsible for any damage to item during shipping.
  If damage has occurred, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with carrier. We will assist as much as posible in this process, but we are not responsible for damages once the item has left our dock.
• Ship small packages worldwide, and large items over 75 pounds to Mexico, Canada, and the US.  
• Local pickup are always welcome. 

  RETURNS and WARRANTY

• All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be given unless noted in auction
• All returns and refunds are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking / relisting fee
• There might be additional cleaning on your side
• Refunds are issued for purchase price only.
• No refunds will be issued for shipping/handling/insurance fees.
• ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON "AS IS" ITEMS.

• Feedback is only posted after Feedback from customer is posted.
• Before leaving negative Feedback, please contact us first, and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.
