Please note:  Not all items listed by Surplus Programs are located in Auburn, Washington.  Please note location of property in each listing before bidding.

·       Payment:  High bidder must make full payment to Surplus Programs and remove all their surplus items, within seven (7) calendar days after sale closes.  Payment can be made via Visa or MasterCard.  We are unable to accept Paypal at this time.  When making payment, be sure to include the auction item number.  If the high bidder fails to pay and/or remove their items within the seven (7) days they will be blocked from bidding on the Surplus Program site.  Any blocked bidder must pay Surplus Programs $25 or 5% of the sale value (whichever is greater) for each abandoned lot if they wish to continue bidding with Surplus Programs in the future.  Washington State residents pay sales tax on all items.  A UBI reseller number is required for all Washington State businesses who wish to qualify for tax exemption.

·         Shipping of Parcels 55 lbs and Under:  Upon request, we will ship parcels of 55 lbs. or less to anywhere in the Contiguous United States and Canada by ground for the cost posted in the listing. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be slightly higher, please call for quotes.

·         No Shipping of Items more than 55 lbs:  If you cannot pick up in person, please do not bid on these items.  Unless otherwise stated in actual listing, we do not have the resources to prepare for or handle shipping at this time.  Loading assistance is provided by Surplus Programs staff and equipment at our Auburn location.

·       Property Removal:  Unless otherwise permitted, the high bidder shall remove the property only during normal business hours (see above business hours).  Should the high bidder elect to have another person pick up the property, a letter of authorization must be furnished to the satisfaction of the Surplus Programs.   All industrial type equipment used by successful bidders on Government property to load, unload, tow, repair, modify, etc., must meet Occupational, Safety, and Health Administration Standards.
