Buy with piece of mind as I am an authorized Hohner dealer and all items I sell carry their full manufacturers warranty. Beware of dealers advertising this item for less as the warranty may be voided by serial number should you need it. With that said feel free to make an offer as the issue is only with the advertised price and not with the sales price.

Payment Terms, Taxes and Returns

Due to recent ebay policy changes I as most seller's can now only accept paypal.  Payment must be made within (7) days of purchase unless immediate payment is required which will be clearly stated at the top of the page if this is the case. If payment is not received within stated time frame all steps will be taken through ebay to recoup lost fees, the item will be re-listed and a non paying bidder report will be filed.

Texas residents must pay 8.25% sales tax.

If your item is damaged in shipping we will gladly replace it but we must be notified immediately after delivery.

Lastly if for any reason you are not satisfied with this item when it arrives return it unused and undamaged for a complete refund less shipping. 

TERMS OF INTERNATIONAL SALE

Cost-Payment-Return Policy

Customer will pay all shipping charges and they will vary by destination. We will ship USPS for the most economical rates which can be found under the shipping tab. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees. There will be no returns or refunds on any international sales for any reason. If the item is damaged in shipment we will file a claim but there will be no refund issued until the claim is paid by the carrier.

All Instruments, Hardware and Music Accessories are:

• First quality, I do not sell defects, 2nds, or returns. You will get the same thing your local music store sells. The only difference is our greatly reduced prices.

• All items are brand new, untouched and still in their original boxes. The only thing we are Closing Out here are the high prices.

• We have been selling these lines for over Nine years with thousands sold in person and on the net. So rest assured neither us or the brands we carry are going anywhere.
