Hohner Rhythm and Blues C(I??) Unique Harmonica

This is a pretty unique harmonica.  It has six harmonic notes.  Not sure much about the history but it certainly a great addition to any harmonica collection. I am not sure of the age of this harmonica.  If there are any determining marks, let me know and I will look for them.  This is a used harmonica and all of the notes seem to work fine.
