Shipping:

We feel your pain, but we have no control over UPS or USPS Rates!!   We do not make a penny on shipping and usually loose money by the time we purchase, boxes, tape, and packing material!  So please don’t blame us for the outrageous freight charges we are all forced to live with.

Each of our listings includes a shipping calculator which can determine rates to your location (unless the item is being shipped by freight carrier).  For most items, the calculator and the end of auction e-mail received by the winning bidder will show rates for both UPS and USPS.  The problem with USPS  is that the rates do not show the insurance and return proof of delivery charges.  Small items must be shipped Certified Mail.  We will be happy to ship the item through any of the options provided by the calculator.  We will ship by UPS if item weighs over 2Lbs.  UPS has better tracking capabilities, you will know where your item is at all times and they have a lot less damage.  USPS scans the package at point of origin and then when and if it arrives at your Post Office.

We take great pride in lightning fast, careful shipping!  We use the highest quality materials to make sure each item is properly padded and arrives in excellent condition.   All items offered by DROPitSELLit are always available for pickup in Newburgh,IN at no charge.  Items not picked up within 7 days of the auction's close will incur a storage fee of $1 per day starting with the eighth day.  Please contact us at: 812/853-8520 to find our store location and hours of operation..

We insure all packages for the value of the sale against loss or damage in transit.  Please note that the rate quoted in the shipping calculator (unless flat rate is used) already includes the cost of insurance.  No additional USPS or UPS insurance is needed or offered.  In the very rare instance that an item is damaged in transit, you MUST keep all original packaging materials and please contact us so we can file an insurance claim quickly.

We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases based on the overall box size and weight and a rate will be calculated after all items have been won upon request.  If you win multiple items, please contact us for a combined amount.  We do not allow the use of external shipping accounts.  All shipments from our store must use our shipping accounts.  

Please note that UPS will not ship to a PO Box. 

Flat rate shipping costs (if shown above) are for US shipments to the contiguous 48 US states only.  International, Alaska, or Hawaii shipments will be calculated separately.

Returns:

FIRST: We want everyone to be happy with their purchase, so If this item arrives and does not match the description or pictures, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (You must e-mail us first to obtain authorization). We do not refund return shipping charges.  Items picked up at our store are considered to be final upon acceptance when picked up.
