Basics-- Chevy 350 engine in good working condition. I changed the spark plugs, wires and tuned it up when I bought it. Starts and runs good. Has used a half a quart of oil since I changed it approx. 2500 miles ago. Previous owner told me that the motor was replaced at 60,000 miles and has used synthetic oil since 65,000 miles. He also stated that he replaced the universals, brakes, radiator, hoses and belts within the last 2 years. Tires are in good condition with good tread and no really apparent weathering. Previous owner said he replaced the tires approx 2.5 years before I purchased so now about 3.5 years old. Ceiling AC unit is approx 5 years old and working great.

I have not used the plumbing, stove or refrigerator so I don't know much about them. The previous owner told me that they were all in working order except the refrigerator only works on propane as he disconnected the AC. Has a Kohler 4.5 Generator but needs a new choke assembly to run right. I never needed it so I never fixed it. I did replace the tail lights as the old ones weren't working properly. Some of the clearance lights are not working, I bought new ones and I will give them to the new owner. Also including a set of 4 wheel covers and a windsheild cover that I bought on E-bay. They are used but in good condition. I bought 2 nice carpets to put under the awning and I will include those also. The leveling blocks and the repair guide I will throw in also.

I also purchased and installed a wireless back-up camera and monitor. It was not very expensive but does work although there is some interference. You may have noticed that the front seats don't match, I bought a better used seat to replace the drivers side seat which was in bad shape.

Probably needs new rear shock or suspension work, was going to have that looked at this year but didn't have time. Handles alright but rear is sagging so I would have that looked at. Started to remove the old carpeting on the cab walls but once again just don't have time to repair properly. The awning does work but needs some repair work. The rear bumper is a little bent and there are numerous small dents and dings. There is 1 small leak in ceiling in the bathroom. Only leaked after heavy rain. Haven't noticed any other ceiling leaks. Remember this is not a new vehicle! There is a trailer hitch but just a plain old hitch, not a receiver type. If you have any questions please ask me before you bid. The table makes into a bed and the upper bunk has an air mattress. The floor in the kitchen and bathroom areas are tile and the rest is carpet. The carpet needs to be replaced. I added a omni-directional TV antenna on roof. The previous owner had blocked off 2 of the 3 windows in the upper bunk area, liked it dark when sleeping. The long front window is still blocked off but I unblocked the small side window. I never got around to finishing the trim.

We took one trip to Virginia and back to Florida with no major problems. Ran good and we enjoyed the trip! The dash air conditioner quit working on the way back and I never got around to finding out what was wrong. I would classify this RV as a great RV for someone with some mechanical knowledge and isn't afraid to fix things. It is in running condition and I have driven around our area as recently as today to make sure it is still running good. The new owner is responsible for tranfering the title, paying sales tax and obtaining a tag and insurance. This must be done before the RV can be taken.

Remember I am selling this RV as is and there are no warranties either expressed or implied. Once again, please ask questions before you bid.
