The Holy Kabbalah by A.E. Waite (Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn).  636 page paperback in new condition.

Waite (1857-1942) was one of Britain's foremost writers on occult themes during the early 20th century, but is probably best known now as creator of the most popular deck of Tarot cards during the 1960s. His account of the related arcane mystical Jewish tradition was first published by Williams and Norgate, London. This edition includes the introduction to the University Books edition of 1960 by poet Kenneth Rexroth.
