Homespun First Day Cover

Homespun first day covers were made by Barry Southard from 1993 (2749 Princess Grace Kelly) until 2006 (4089-98 Quilts of G-Bend ).  Mr Southard passed on in 2006.  His cachet were very professionnally done and I believe that there were never more than 50 cachets made for any issue.
