  •  I do always include delivery confirmation on my items that I ship. 

 

  • In Regards to shipping: Items are normally shipped within 48 hours whenever possible.  I ship by the USPS, please note I am not responsible for the amount of time it takes a package to reach you once it is shipped. Also important the mail does take time. Your item you purchased on a Monday night will not arrive to you on Tuesday afternoon. I do not ship internationally. I will combine shipping whenever it is possible on a item.

 

  • In regards to payments: All payments must be received within 7 days / after 7th day of nonpayment I will begin the ebay's Non Paying Bidder Process.  At the end of the non paying bidder process I will block the bidder who did not pay from any future auctions. I gladly accept Paypal.

 

  • Upon Receipt of your item: If there is a problem with shipping or your item, Please contact me first... COMMUNICATION is VERY IMPORTANT and according to Ebay you must attempt to contact the seller first. I will work with you to make sure you are happy with your item.  If you have already left feedback then I can not help you. If you do not give me a chance to help, then I can not help you.  I will leave feedback for you, sometimes this may take me a few days but I will leave feedback. Buyers leaving neutral/negative feedback will be blocked from future auctions. If a problem does arise, I always try to work with you to make sure you are happy with your item.
