A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
Up for auction is a pair of Brand New, with tags, black Cheeky Tanga Thong panties with RHUMBA/Sissy ruffles by HONEYDEW in a size SMALL. They are made of 100% nylon and are very stretchy. The front is accented with a pink lace bow on each side. From the pink lace, all the way around the back, there are 3 rows of soft sexy black lace ruffles. They do have removeable garter straps. In the picture I show 1 side with and 1 side without the garters so you can see both options....not to worry you will get all 4 garters!! These are a nice quality Rhumba panty and retail for $22.50.
All items are checked over very well before being posted, but, I am human and may miss something. If you feel an item has been mis-represented, please contact me!! Also, I provide measurements more as a guideline than gospel!! I take several measurements on multiple items in rapid succession and sometime round to a .25" or so. So if a specific measurement is extremely important to you, inseam for example, PLEASE email me and I will double check it for you!! Sorry, but I can not provide refunds for items that do not fit properly, but I will gladly provide additional information including photos and measurements. : )

I work away from home 3 days a week. So unless otherwise stated I generally ship on Thursdays and Saturdays. If you need an item sooner, PLEASE contact me before the auction ends and I can arrange for faster shipping! Also, to keep shipping costs lower for the buyer I do not insist upon insuring packages. I will gladly insure them upon request, but please realize that I can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping...Thanks!!
International Buyers: I will gladly ship internationally, but PLEASE contact me prior to bidding for the shipping price. I prefer to use Global Priority Mail which typically ranges between $11-$23. I can use International 1st Class Mail, upon request, to save you $$$, but you will not have tracking information and I can not be held responsible, or even help you locate, packages that are lost or damaged in trasit.
New Ebayer: I WELCOME new Ebayers to bid or use BIN on my auctions. However, if you have < 50 feedbacks or a poor feedback rating, I will NOT leave you Feedback until I know (through your feedback) that you are satisfied with the transaction. Due to the May '07 Postal Service rate Increases, the $4.50 shipping special is no longer available on multi-panty orders. Shipping on multiple panty orders is now $1 per addiitonal pair, until you reach 4 pair at $5.50. Shipping - on panty orders only - will be capped at $5.50 and shipping will be up-graded to Priority Mail.
