TrueSTEAM takes the best features from current steam humidifiers with their efficiency, performance and decreased water consumption, and combines it with the ease of installation, reliability and value of flow-through humidifiers. TrueSTEAM is different from others because it operates independent of equipment operation. And, with its near 1:1 humidification delivery rate, TrueSTEAM delivers the right amount of humidification to keep your customers satisfied.

Provides humidity independent of equipment operation, allowing homeowners to reach their desired humidity setpoints regardless of air temperature.

Can be remotely mounted up to 20 feet from the system with purchase of remote mount kit- available in 10' or 20'

Uses up to 70 percent less water to produce even more moisture than traditional whole-house humidifiers.

Requires only a 1-3/4" cut into ductwork and mounts on a separate, lightweight bracket (included) for accurate leveling.

Push terminals for easy wiring are routed through an interior harness so no wires are exposed.

LED lights indicate when system is running or needs service. Lights also provide feedback to the installer during installation.

Multiple sensors sit in a separate compartment to accurately monitor water levels.

Received Wrong Item
If we ship an item other than what you've ordered we will immediately send a return label for the incorrect item at our cost. Once we receive it back we will then ship the correct item at our cost.

Received Damaged Item
For domestic purchases, if you receive your item damaged in shipping we will immediately ship a replacement item once we receive the damaged item back. International items, we will do everything we can to assist in the process of filing a claim with the shipper and getting replacement product shipped quickly.

Warranty Replacement Item

We do not provide the warranty, but work between you and the manufacturer to cover the purchased item under their warranty as specified. Both the original shipping fees and return shipping fees will be buyers responsibility. After 30 days the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Our business is based on getting you the item you need, accurately and quickly. Orders received 1:00 PM Eastern time are shipped the same day for in stock items when choosing air shipping option, all others 2-3 days.

UPS Shipping to Canada
