Charges

1. Stored Value is used for deducting charges on local / roaming / IDD calls, and on various SMS, infotainment and download services.
2. Once the $60 IDD Talk Stored Value SIM Card is activated, a monthly $2 administration fee will be deducted immediately. Subsequent monthly administration fee will be deducted every 30 days automatically, and if the balance amount is insufficient, the Stored Value SIM Card will be suspended without prior notice. Customer must refill the card to re-active the service.

All refill methods entitle you to the corresponding extra stored value and validity period:

3. Every time your Stored Value SIM Card is refilled, the stored value validity period will be automatically extended starting from the date of refill. If the original validity period is longer, then the original validity period will prevail.
4. Refill under $50 via PEOPLES service plan account will extend the stored value validity period to 63 days.
5. The minimum refill amount via PPS is $30.
6. Not applicable to Refill Voucher purchased before Sept 15, 2005.

7. Add $3 for sending SMS while roaming abroad.
8. "Unlimited Intra-network SMS Package" allows sending unlimited number of local Intra-network SMS. (Subject to Fair Usage Policy which has an upper limit of 10,000 SMS per month. Additional intra-network SMS will be charged at $0.1/SMS.)
9. Please check if applicable handset models are used to receive the content, and if the recipient's network is compatible. Otherwise customer could be charged even if the transmission is unsuccessful.
10. The Monthly Fee will be automatically deducted every 30 days. The service will be terminated without prior notice if the stored value balance is insufficient. Customer must ensure the card has sufficient stored value and then re-subscribe the service in order to use the service again.
11. When using the Call Waiting and Call Hold feature, subscribers need to pay the airtime charge for the first answered call, as well as the other calls answered or on hold at the same time. (IDD charge is applicable on IDD calls)
12. When using the Conference Call feature, subscribers need to pay the airtime charge for all connected lines at the same time.
13. At the start of each data connection, a stored value of $5 will be reserved. This reserved stored value cannot be used for deduction of any other fees or charges until the data connection is completely disconnected.
14. Mobile Data Package is only applicable to using GPRS service in Hong Kong. GPRS roaming charge will be applied for using GPRS overseas.
15. The Monthly Fee will be automatically deducted every month. The service will be terminated without prior notice if the stored value balance is insufficient. Customer must ensure the card has sufficient stored value and then re-subscribe the service in order to use the service again

Refill Methods

1. Flexi-Fill

Visit PEOPLES outlets and choose any refill amount you want ($10 minimum). Our staff will refill your SIM card for you.

2. Octopus Self-service Payment

Visit PEOPLES outlets and refill with your Octopus by using the Octopus Self-service Payment Machines and choose any refill amount ($10 minimum).

3. Auto-Fill

Visit PEOPLES outlets and apply:

• Automatic refill by credit card - you can decide the remaining value that sets off Auto-Fill ($10 minimum), and any refill amount between $10 to $300 (must be multiples of $10); or
• Automatic refill via a PEOPLES service plan account.

4. PPS

You can refill your Stored Value SIM Card easily through PPS. If you already have a PPS account, then all you have to do is register your Stored Value SIM Card mobile number by calling PPS hotline 18011, or visiting PPS website www.ppshk.com. Afterwards you can call 18031 or visit PPS website anytime to refill your SIM Card ($30 minimum). PEOPLES merchant code: 9782.

5. Refill Voucher

Purchase "Refill Voucher" with amount $30, $50, $100, $200 or $300 at any PEOPLES outlet or authorized dealer:

• On your handset, press (16-digit activation code) ; or
• Call via your handset and follow the voice prompt to enter the (16-digit activation code); or
• Call with any touch-tone phone, follow the voice prompt to key in the Stored Value SIM Card Mobile Number and the (16-digit activation code)

Remarks

• Customers must activate SIM card before refilling.
• Every time your Stored Value SIM Card is refilled, the stored value validity period will be automatically extended starting from the date of refill.
