If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.  I am happy to answer any questions.  If you are looking for a different size or style please do not bid on this item and expect to swap out for something else later.  If you need another size or style just ask and I will accommodate to the best of my ability. Communication

I can only guarantee communication through eBay.  Please send messages only through eBay.  If you send messages to me through another form of email, I cannot guarantee you will get a timely response if you get one at all.  Please give me some time to answer your questions.  I try to keep up on these daily, but do travel on the weekends and can’t always answer questions immediately.  I do not make deals outside of eBay.

Payments

I prefer PayPal.  I will not accept any other form of payment unless you verify it with me first.

When can I expect to receive feedback?

 Positive feedback will be given to bidder after transaction successfully completes.  We request that you attempt to resolve a problem by first contacting us before leaving feedback as problems tend to be a straightforward case of miscommunication.

Shipping

 I reserve 5-7 business days to process orders.  I usually will ship within 3 days of receiving payment and always try to do so, but that isn’t always possible.  I do not do business over the weekend.  I mostly ship priority mail. Larger orders I will ship UPS. 

Returns

Returns will be accepted within seven days.  Item must be in new, unused condition with tags still attached.  Buyer pays shipping.  Insurance is recommended.  Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

International Shipping

I will ship internationally.  You must send me your address including zip code for me to calculate shipping.  Please request an invoice with the correct shipping total.  Once the package leaves here I am not responsible for any taxes or fees that may arise through customs coming into your country.  I cannot guarantee you will not be charged additional fees.
