Horizon MC-1 Isolated Microphone Level Combiner - Combine 2 discreet microphone signals into a single
transformer isolated output. Features two isolated XLR female inputs,
one XLR male output and a ground lift. Convenient for situations where
you are short on mixer channels. Combine two bass drums, backing
vocals, stereo guitar amps, etc. The Horizon MC-1 combiner box is a useful tool when you're wanting to combine the signals from two Lo-Z microphones source) into a single input. Great for situations when the number of mics required exceeds the number of mixer channels available, but EQ and levels for each “combined" mic signal are not required (dual bass drums, stereo guitar amps, etc.). The MC-1’s transformer isolation can help minimize interference from radio transmitters, lighting dimmers and 60hz AC power wiring. Hookup requires only standard XLR mic cable. It features two isolated XLR female inputs, one XLR male output, a ground switch for buzz-free operation in almost any environment and an 18 gauge formed steel box. The connectors and switch are recessed to resist damage. This unit is used, but works great & has no issues.
