Packaging Information
Whenever possible, we ship products in their original packaging. When this is not possible, all items are wrapped in bubble wrap. We have purchased special bubble wrap bags for gaming miniatures. All orders are shipped in cardboard boxes that have been packed with peanuts to keep items secure during transit. According to buyer feedback, our packaging is exceptional!

If you are mailing payment, please make sure you include your ebay name and shipping address. You will receive our mailing address upon completion of auction.
Multiple/Combined Purchase Information
If you are making more than one purchase -- please do not make individual payments. In order to provide reduced shipping rates, we require a single payment for all items. Let us know when you are done shopping and we will provide you with a combined invoice for all of your purchases.

Shipping Schedule
We ship out orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). In general, as long as we receive your payment by noon EST, your order will be shipped the same business day. Depending upon how many orders we have to pack/ship, we are often able to ship orders that are paid for by 2:00 pm EST.
