I package my items very well, but if you would like insurance it is 1.35. Delivery confirmation and insurance is unfortunately not available for international mail unless you choose the UPS shipping option, however if your package does not arrive within a reasonable time frame or it arrives damaged please contact me. Canada and most of Europe packages usually arrive within 10-14 days via USPS letter class air mail. Asia and Australia packages can take 2- 3 weeks via USPS letter class air mail. Domestic Priority and Priority Mail International are available if you wish to get your order faster once it is shipped. UPS International is now available and includes insurance and delivery tracking, delivery to most countries is about one week. If you choose UPS option please inform me of your phone number for the customs form. Please no post office box addresses if using UPS.

Shipping Alert
I am sometimes a slow shipper. . In order to keep my prices reasonable I do not keep large quantites in stock. I try to keep a reasonable on-hand inventory but occasionally I run out before I get resupplied. I have also recently signed on with several new suppliers and jewelers and I am building an on-hand inventory as fast as possible, but with over 8,000 new items added on its going to take awhile. I have over 3,000 items on hand but a lot of items still need to be ordered from the labs at the time you purchase them. In general, due to volume loads, seasonal sales spikes, and my schedule, I try to ship no later than the 7th day from date of payment receipt. However, if I need to order your purchase from the lab it can take 2-3 weeks to ship (2 weeks usually but some items can take longer). Please if you have a deadline to make ask me first before buying if it is possible and let me know what the date is. Large orders of 20+ of same item usually needs to be ordered, so please take that into consideration. Note for store listings the number shown in quantity is not the number I have immediately in stock.

How to Pay for Multiple Item Purchases
The shipping costs are not always reflected accurately on invoices. Please make sure your shipping cost is accurate before you hit the pay now button. Do not pay until all items have closed. Again make sure your shipping costs are correct. If it is not correct either wait for me to send you an invoice OR use the other discounts (+) and (-) to get the correct total. Also, please make sure all the items you have purchased are on the invoice, if they are not please wait for me to send you an invoice.
