To Measure Your Horse:
Measure from the center of your horse’s chest, along the side of the barrel to the point just before the tail. This is your horse’s blanket size. If your horse is between sizes, round up to the next size.
Shipping and Handling:
Buyers to pay shipping charges. Shipping Charges are specified in the auction, rates are for lower 48 states of US only. All items are shipped within 48hrs during week days after receipt of payment. We use USPS Priority mail, UPS ground or USPS parcel post.
Alaska, Hawaii and international bidders please ask for shipping before bidding.
Blankets, sheets, saddle bags are generally shipped by UPS. Please provide a physical address if you don't have one.
We do offer shipping discount for multiple items. If you purchase multiple items, we can wait up to 5 days until all auctions you bid on end. You will receive a combined invoice. Please do not pay each item separately if you want to get combine shipping rate.

Returns:
Satisfication guaranteed. If you are not happy with the purchase, we will refund you the final invoice price minus shipping and handling charges. All returns must have approval before you ship the item or no refund will be given. Items returned must be in the original unused condition, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
