Payment is expected within 3 days of the auction ending. If payment is not recieved within 7 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to relist the item. We accept checks, cashiers checks and money orders. We will wait 7 business days for paper payments to clear including cashier's checks. We also accept Paypal as well as Visa and Mastercard directly by calling our office at 888-282-0817. If you pick your item up at our location or the item is shipped to a North Carolina address, you will be charged 6.75% NC Sale & Use tax.
We will charge $80 to prepare the item for shipping which includes palletizing. This applies to all items shipped by common carier or truck line. The shipping charges are additional. All items that will ship UPS or USPS list the total amount of shipping and packaging at the top of the listing. There is no additional packing fees over the shipping amount listed for UPS and USPS items. When shipping costs are listed, that is the total shipping including packaging. If there is no shipping cost listed, it means the item ships by common carrier. We have a forklift available to load any truck. We are not responsible for freight damage. Once the item leaves our possession, it is the responsiblity of the buyer to file any and all freight claims. If there is noticeable damage when the pallet arrives, it must be noted on the Bill of Lading before signing. If the damage is concealed, the freight carrier must be notified immediately. We will assist by providing original documents to you as necessary. We cannot offer refunds on freight claims. Once a claim has been filed and paid, settlement can be made. Insurance is available with certain carriers. If you want to purchase freight insurance, it must be noted prior to shipping. There will be an additional charge for insurance. Otherwise, freight tariffs allow payment for damaged goods based on weight. Most new items are shipped directly from the factory. Most items ship within 5 business days of CLEARED payment. If you need an item shipped quicker, please let us know.
All of our used equipment is sold with no warranty. We will include the running condition of each item in the listing if it has been tested. We do not offer refunds on used equipment. All new equipment comes with the factory warranty.
