Terms of Sale:
Payment by PayPal is expected within 3 days after auction closes. If you are paying by personal check, money order, or need more time to pay through PayPal please email me within 24 hours to let me know the situation. Failure to do so may result in a non-paying bidder notification being sent to Ebay, possibly limiting your ability to buy on Ebay.
Unless item is SIGNIFICANTLY Not as described or item is defective, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
I resell **USED** CDs, DVDs, and other items, purchased from various sources and am unable to listen or view all of my inventory. **USED** CDs and DVDs can be expected to possibly have light scratches that do not affect play and slight cosmetic flaws to the case. With CDs, I attempt to replace the case if the current one is damaged significantly, meaning it is unable to do the job it is intended to do. Sometimes I will have some with holes or slots in them that do not affect its performance. I do preview a sample to try to prevent damaged product from slipping through, but am unable to do so with everything. In most cases, skips or light scratches can be corrected with a thorough cleaning. If you purchase an item from me that does not play and can not be corrected, you may consider that a defective item.
Return Procedures:
Should you have a defective or NOT as described item, please contact me via email so that I know that there is a problem. I will likely ask that you return the disc and artwork without the jewelbox via first class mail. I will refund the purchase price, postage paid, and return postage paid upon receipt of returned item. Failure to contact me first will result in less than a complete refund.
Combined Shipping:
Should you win more than one of my auctions, I will combine shipping when possible. For individual CDs and DVDs, take the highest individual shipping charge and add $2 for each additional item. Please note: I usually ship individual discs first class mail. Multiple items will likely change the method to media mail. This may slow the arrival of your package by a day or two.
Feedback:
Feel free to check my feedback, so that you can be confident that I will take care of you. Bad sellers don't stay around long. Once you receive your item and are happy, I would appreciate your leaving positive feedback for me, which will indicate that I have done my job and taken care of you. If you feel the urge to leave negative feedback, please contact me first via email, so that I can attempt to resolve any issues that you may have. Once positive feedback is left, I will return your kindness.

GRAMMY winning reggae superstar Shaggy delivers another hit-stacked album with HOTSHOT. The album incorporates a mix of styles and songwriting textures, from the singer's customary super party vibe to the more mellow qualities of songs such as "Why Me Lord," "Keepin' it Real," and "Hope," the latter of which was featured in the Kevin Costner movie FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME. For those fans who need some Shaggy to get down with in the clubs, HOTSHOT has such potential dance floor smashes as "Dance & Shout," which lifts the chorus from the classic Jackson 5 hit "Shake Your Body (Down to the Ground)." Another highlight is "Angel," based on Chip Taylor's classic '60s song "Angel of the Morning," where Shaggy inventively incorporates a funky guitar sample from Steve Miller's "The Joker." HOTSHOT also includes an updated version of the Shaggy classic "Luv Me, Luv Me."
