Testing - We test all items for basic functionality that has been previously opened with the seal open. However, due to the large number of different products we carry, we are not expert’s in the operating specifics for each item. Also, in testing these items, WE ARE USING THE ITEM. For example, we must run at least water cycles through coffee makers, etc. While we try to ensure the items are clean, we carry too many items to spend the time to ensure each item is spotless. Shipping and Handling – When possible, we use shredded, recycled paper (which is heavier) rather than peanuts as packing. The shipping price is Standard for the entire US so bid accordingly. · We only ship to the 48 lower US states; we regret that we cannot ship to International Addresses as well as Canada, PO BOXES, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Protectorates and Territories. · We offer a shipping discount on items that can be shipped together. We cannot combine shipping on items that cannot be shipped in the same box. · Orders will ship within 3 business days of cleared payments. Shipping time vary depending on your location. Normal shipping times are 3 - 6 business days from shipping origination. It is the buyer’s responsibility to purchase insurance at $1.65 per $50 you want insured. We will not cover any expenses; make any exchanges or refunds on items damaged during shipping. We will always ensure there are sufficient packaging materials to minimize the chance of shipping damage. Also, we offer USPS Priority-Parcel Post/UPS Ground for a majority of our customers to reduce shipping fees; however you can upgrade your shipping for an additional fee. There is delivery confirmation on every shipment, but that only requires the USPS post office to scan the package at delivery where UPS scans from drop off to delivery.	Warranty - As of our knowledge Manufacturers do not honor warranties on "open box" return items or any secondary purchases. If you want a warranty, you need to buy it from an authorized dealer or repair center. These items come with no warranty of any kind either expressed or implied from us, the manufacturer or the original retailer. These items are customer returns that have NOT been re-inspected, tested or recertified by the manufacturer or any authorized dealer or repair center unless otherwise noted. Returns – It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect/test your item within 72 hrs of the date/time shown on the delivery confirmation via shipping carrier (USPS, UPS or etc.). If the product does not work or if there is significant major cosmetic defect not listed in item description or shown in pictures, then the buyer must request within 72 hrs of the delivery confirmation for an exchange or refund via eBay email. *General Item Condition: Most of our items fall into 2 categories:

(1) STORE RETURN/SHELF PULL “USED” - These items may have been used in “in store” demonstrations or have been used by a customer prior to returning to the store which may or may not have the original box. Please Note: For example, if there is a bag of 30 screws we do not count out 30 screws, so there may be 29 or 31. These items may have some signs of use/wear, scratches, and minor dings. The items may also need cleaning due to the storage time.

(2) STORE RETURN/SHELF PULL “NEW” – These items have open boxes, majority of the time come in the original box with all of its original contents. They have not been used by customer or store prior to return. These items may still show signs of excessive handling, such as scratches or dings. The item may also need cleaning due to the storage time.

Any significant cosmetic defects to the item will be listed and pictures will be posted to show defect. This does not include minor scratches and dings as listed in item categories above. These small signs of handling usually do not show up on photos, so if you need to know the extent of minor handling or wear on the item, please email prior to bidding and a general condition report will be given.

The condition of the original packaging can also vary from store shelf quality to showing significant wear. The packaging may be defaced (by marker or by cutting out a section) in order to remove any markings from original retailer.
